These Terms govern your use of Everhalf. By creating an account or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person.

What Everhalf provides

Everhalf is an adult relationship discovery and matchmaking platform. We use profile information, preferences and compatibility answers to search for potentially suitable mutual matches and may provide curated candidate recommendations and private messaging.

No guaranteed outcome

Everhalf does not guarantee a match, date, response, relationship, marriage or timeline. Compatibility scores and estimated search-pool figures are decision-support tools and estimates, not promises about outcomes or current member counts.

Acceptable use

You may not use Everhalf for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, scams, commercial solicitation, escorting, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, sexual services, explicit sexual content, exploitation of minors, or to collect another member's data without permission.

Messaging and safety

Private chat opens only after mutual interest. Members can report or block other members. We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew at the price and frequency shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless otherwise stated at checkout, access continues through the period already paid for. Taxes, currency conversion or payment-provider charges may apply where disclosed.

Digital delivery

Everhalf is delivered electronically. Paid features are applied to the purchasing account after successful payment. There is no physical shipment.

Account termination

You may stop using Everhalf at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, engage in fraud or abuse the service.

Changes

We may update the service and these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
