Recurring subscriptions

Standard Search and Priority Search are recurring plans when purchased as subscriptions. The final price, currency, renewal frequency and any applicable taxes or fees are shown before payment is confirmed.

Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring subscription to stop future renewals. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, cancellation does not remove access to the portion of the subscription period that has already been paid for.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, cancelled before a renewal but were still charged, or paid for access that was not delivered because of a technical or billing error, contact support@everhalf.com. Requests are reviewed using the transaction record, applicable law and the terms displayed at purchase.

No outcome-based guarantee

Everhalf cannot promise a romantic outcome. Not receiving a match, date, relationship or response by itself does not establish that the digital service was not delivered.

Payment disputes

Please contact us first if a charge appears incorrect so we can investigate promptly. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
