Privacy, without the mystery.
This policy explains the main categories of information Everhalf uses to operate the service. Additional disclosures may be provided where required by the laws of the countries in which Everhalf is offered.
Information you provide
We may collect account details such as email address; profile details such as first name, age or birth date, city, relationship goals, lifestyle information and bio; compatibility and preference answers; profile photos; messages; reports; blocks; and communications with support.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, save onboarding progress, calculate compatibility, apply mutual preferences, surface potential matches, enable messaging, moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, process subscriptions and improve the service.
What other members see
Other members should receive only the profile information needed for a potential introduction. Detailed private compatibility answers are not automatically displayed to other members. Private messaging opens only after mutual interest.
Payments
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Everhalf should not store full payment-card numbers in its application database. Payment providers may process billing details under their own privacy notices and legal obligations.
Service providers
We may use trusted infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, moderation, communication and payment providers to operate Everhalf. Access should be limited to what is needed for the relevant service.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to operate Everhalf, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and protect users. Members can request account deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, safety or payment reasons.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport and least-privilege practices. No online service can promise perfect security, so members should avoid sharing passwords, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in chat.
Your choices
You may edit profile information, change preferences, block members, cancel future subscription renewals and request account deletion. Privacy requests can be sent to support@everhalf.com.
