When access begins

Everhalf is a digital service. After a successful payment, paid plan access is applied to the purchasing account electronically. There is no physical shipment.

What is delivered

Paid access may include compatibility-based search features, curated candidate access, mutual-preference filtering, search refreshes, priority processing and additional match explanations, according to the plan displayed at checkout.

Availability of potential matches

Candidate availability depends on the active member pool, location, age range, preferences and mutual compatibility. Purchasing a plan does not guarantee that a suitable candidate will be available at a particular time.

Technical problems

If payment succeeds but paid access is not activated, contact support@everhalf.com. We will investigate the transaction and restore access or resolve the undelivered service as appropriate.
