Safety reports

Use the in-product report and block controls whenever possible. For urgent account or safety concerns, email support@everhalf.com and include the email address associated with your Everhalf account and a concise description of the issue.

Billing questions

For a charge you do not recognize, a failed cancellation or a refund request, contact us from the email address used for the purchase. We may request transaction details needed to locate the payment.

Response times

We aim to respond to ordinary support requests within two business days. Safety and account-security reports may be prioritized.
